Eric Hensal

Eric brings 15 years of experience in government and non-profit policy and public relations work to Murray Hill. Prior to forming Murray Hill, Eric was a principal at the Washington-based communications firm Group360. He managed client accounts that included the Washington DC Building Trades Council, the District of Columbia Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs to the American Federation of Teachers.

He also served as an organizer for the IUPAT and worked on many grassroots efforts, gaining experience in building coalitions between labor groups and the wider community and winning press coverage for often under-reported issues.

Eric is an honors graduate of Kent State University and is currently completing a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore.


Patrick Mancino

Prior to forming Murray Hill, Pat worked at the BMA Media Group, a union public relations, marketing, and consulting firm where he was the firm's top producer. He has also served as the Director of a Government relations firm with offices in Ohio and Washington, DC, and has worked in the judicial and legislative branches of government. Pat has overseen the development, management and execution of numerous campaigns involving print, television, web and public relations strategies for a wide variety of private, governmental, and nonprofit sector clients.

Pat has a depth of experience in managing communication, advertising and marketing strategies for the union construction industry to increase marketshare. He has also worked on initiatives to encourage public contracting authorities to draft bid documents that promote the use of contractors who employ skilled trades personnel and has lectured extensively on this topic across the United States.

Pat is a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of the School of Public Affairs of The American University in Washington, DC and has served as a labor liaison for former U.S. Congresswoman Mary Rose Oakar.
